the hotel had a rather unkempt vibe, as if cleaning was a myth. also, my family was scattered across floors—really? only one key card? absurd! for the inconvenience, a complimentary fruit basket would have been a lovely touch—just a thought! almost left a glowing review, but alas, it fell short.

The location is great for family fun, and we enjoyed visiting The Village Market with its awesome kids' playground and fun activities. The staff, especially Nicolas, were helpful, delivering medicine promptly to my room when I needed it for my sprained ankle.
My wife says that having better room access for families would enhance the experience.

Recommended for a group getaway
The first person at reception was super welcoming, brought us drinks and hand towels while we waited. The room was big and clean, and honestly, the staff made us feel like we were at home, always ready to help.
It wasn't exactly cheap but it was an acceptable price for the services.
